Guidelines for discussion

We at Maroon Blues are fans of friendly and constructive debate. We won't remove comments that espouse controversial or contested opinions, or hold a viewpoint that sharply opposes popular opinion.

Comments with the following content, however, are below-the-belt (and possibly illegal) and will be removed, and repeat offenders blocked from commenting:

• Libelous declarations or allegations. See here for the definition of "libel" under Philippine law. 
• Excessive use of expletives. 
• Trolls.
• Spam.
